the fine print, kept simple

Orders are placed through the "Build a Salad" tool on this site. Orders must be submitted by 10:00 PM the night before you'd like to pick up your salad. Orders placed after 10:00 PM are treated as orders for the following day.
We currently offer pickup only — no delivery. Pickup is available between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM at 6725 North 7th Street. If you need a different pickup time, add a note when placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
We currently accept Zelle only. Your order is not prepared until payment is received in full — please send the total shown at checkout via Zelle and include your name in the memo so we can match it to your order.
Since every salad is made fresh to order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email if you need to change or cancel an order. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Gift cards are purchased through the Gift Cards page and paid for via Zelle, same as a regular order — a gift card is not active until payment is received. Each gift card has a code that's emailed to both the buyer and the recipient. To redeem, check "Using a gift card?" on the order form and enter the code and the purchaser's name. If your order costs more than the remaining gift card balance, you'll be asked to pay the difference via Zelle; if it costs less, the remaining balance carries over to a future order. Gift card balances are tracked manually on our end rather than by an automated system, so please keep your confirmation email as your record of the remaining balance.
Prices, menu items, and ingredient availability may change without notice. Some items may be temporarily unavailable due to season, holiday, or supply.
