Is Saladfaction actually kosher-certified?

Yes. Saladfaction is certified kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Shafir Roizman, Av Beis Din of Congregation Ohr HaTorah, Phoenix, Arizona. See the About page for details.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is at 6725 North 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We currently offer pickup only — no delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Zelle only. Send the total shown at checkout to (818) 205-5057 and include your last name in the memo. Your salad isn't prepared until payment is received.

What time do I need to order by?

Orders must be placed by 10:00 PM the night before you'd like to pick up. Orders placed after 10:00 PM are prepared for the following day.

Are you open every day?

We're closed for Shabbos each week, from Thursday at 2:00 PM until Saturday at 9:00 PM. Ordering is available any other time.

Can I fully customize my salad?

Yes. Every salad is one size (38 oz) for a base price of $18, including Romaine lettuce, veggies, and your choice of dressing. Pick your own veggies, crunch, dressing, and protein — the first 4 veggies are included and each additional one is $0.75.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards start at $18 and can be sent to anyone by email. They're redeemed at checkout using a code, and any leftover balance carries over to a future order. Visit the Gift Cards page to purchase one.

What if I have a food allergy?

Saladfaction is a small, made-to-order kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, egg, and fish/shellfish. We're happy to leave off any ingredient you specify, but can't guarantee a salad is fully free of trace allergens — let us know in the notes field if you have a concern.
